Broadway Communities

Broadway Communities is a family owned and operated property management company that strives to provide comfortable, affordable, and well-kept apartments and townhomes. They provide a safe, welcoming, and professionally-managed community with responsive maintenance and friendly management.

In early 2015, they reached out to MayeCreate Design for a website refresh. I was the designer and developer on the project.

Solution:

To create an inviting and relaxed ambiance, I carefully chose a color palette rich in warm earth tones. To captivate the attention of prospective tenants, I assembled a portfolio of photography, with a primary focus on showcasing the property’s interiors and its lovely array of amenities.

In an effort to guide users seamlessly through the website, I designed a suite of navigational elements. The centerpiece is a prominent homepage slideshow, replete with multiple call-to-action prompts linked to dedicated pages offering comprehensive information on amenities.

In addition, a trio of sleek, card-style buttons were created to direct future tenants to available listings. These appear at the bottom of the home page.

Lastly, a series of large buttons, distinguished by a contrasting color palette, punctuates the site, providing visitors with access to essential resources, such as the tenant application and other vital information. These distinctive buttons are strategically positioned to instantly capture the user’s attention and facilitate easy navigation.
