Sleeve a Message

The team at Sleeve a Message sought to provide their customers with an improved website experience. In addition they wanted to improve their internal customer relations, estimation and fulfillment processes. Put simply, their pre-existing site wasn’t working for them. Their website goals necessitated a design refresh along with a connection to their Salesforce CRM.

Custom WooCommerce Website

The pre-existing site was built with WordPress and the WooCommerce ecommerce plugin, however it wasn’t utilizing all the available WooCommerce features. My colleagues strategized a new website that took full advantage of the Woocommerce system.

The new site is filled with some pretty cool functionality, while keeping it fun and approachable for the user. Website visitors can view Sleeve-A-Message past work in the gallery, review thorough details about product offerings, and get instant price estimates based on selected product specifications.

Salesforce Integration

To improve on the customer relations, estimation and fulfillment processes, I wrote a custom plugin that integrates an array of website functionalities with Salesforce. Utilizing a series of API requests, the website provides real time prices for products, passes estimate requests to the sales team, creates accounts, and generates complete orders in Salesforce.
